PTI moves court for Shahbaz's accountability
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Saturday approached the court... this time for Shahbaz Sharif's accountability. PTI's Ijaz Chaudhry submitted an application against the Punjab Chief Minister.
The development has come just a day after Panamagate case was sent back to square one after a current Supreme Court larger bench adjourned the case for a new team of judges in the first week of January 2017.
While giving his comments in an interview, Khan said, "Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif must not be under any illusion that he and his party won the case since the hearing was adjourned until next year." "PTI has got additional time now to come up with more preparedness in the case next year," he added.
"It has become evident that the Sharif family have nothing to say in their defence. They even not have any money trail related to their flats in London and other properties," said Khan while claiming he has complete money trail of his properties. Chairman PTI said Qatari prince and his alleged letter was only a part of a Sharifs' fabricated plot in a bid to complicate the case.
