KHAIRPUR TAMIWALI: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif arrived here Wednesday to witness ‘Raad ul Barq’ – The Thunder of Lightening – military exercises in Khairpur Tamiwali firing range of Cholistan desert.

Defence Minister Khwaja Asif, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Army chief General Raheel Sharif, Air Chief, Air Marshal Sohail Aman and Naval chief Admiral Zakaullah, Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, National Security Adviser Lt.Gen. Nasser Janjua and ambassadors attended the event.

Deputy chief of the army staff of Saudi Arabia specially arrived in on behalf of the Saudi Crown Prince to witness the military exercise, taking place some 70 kilometeres from Bahawalpur.
