Recipe of the day: Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients: 

Chicken Boneless 500 grams (chopped)

Chicken Bones 500 grams

Garlic 4-5 cloves

Sweet Corn ½ tin

Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp

Salt to taste

Chinese Salt ½ tsp

Eggs 3-4 (beaten)

Corn Flour 3-4 tbsp (mixed in 1/4 cup water)

Hot Chili Sauce 1 cup

Soya Sauce 1 cup

White Vinegar 1 cup

Green Chili 5-6

Cooking Directions: 

In a cooking pan add chicken bones and garlic cloves, and as required water and boil 3-4 hours, when the chicken stock is ready discard the ingredients.

 

Add sweet corns and chicken in chicken stock and cook 10-15 minutes.

 

Add black pepper, salt, and Chinese salt mix it well.

 

Reduce the flame and add slowly beaten eggs while stirring. When eggs are properly mixed and soup becomes frothy add corn flour paste slowly in the soup, when the soup is thicken remove.

 

Now dish out the soup on a serving bowl and garnish with some chicken.

 

Serve it with hot sauce, white vinegar, soya sauce and green chilies.
