Moon eclipse in Pakistan on September 16
A greatest lunar eclipse in Pakistan will take place on September 16, Friday midnight, according to the Met Office.
It said that the lunar eclipse would be visible across Pakistan, besides Africa, Asia, Australia, West Pacific Islands and the Europe.
The eclipse will begin on September 16 at 9:55 pm and will cover the moon fully at 11:55 pm. The eclipse will end at 1:54 am on September 17, Saturday, the Met office said. The astronomical event will last for four hours.
Skies in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Upper and South Punjab, Balochistan and Kashmir are expected to be clear during the eclipse, it added.
