World's fattest man, Keith Martin dies

World's fattest man, Keith Martin, at the age of 44 passed away after fighting a prolong battle from pneumonia with his weights.

Keith Martin had undergone a successful gastric sleeve which eventually removed three-quarters of his stomach, but unfortunately Keith Martin lost his prolong battle for life over Pneumonia.

Keith Martin would eat 20,000 calories a day. He was addicted to eat huge amounts of super-cheap fast food. Keith's breakfast menu was to have six fry eggs, pizzas, kebabs, Chinese takeaways and Big Macs for lunch, whereas dinner time for him was pretty interesting. He would drink six pints of coffee and two liters of fizzy drinks.

There was also a snack time for him during which he was supposed to eat sandwiches, chips, chocolates, crisps, sweets and biscuits.

Keith's doctor, Kesava Mannur claimed that Keith had encountered some serious emotional problems in his life and to deal with these problems in the best possible way, he shifted onto food for acquiring comfort. The doctors says that most of the people are when facing emotional crisis find food consumption the best way to deal with their problems. The food which people prompt to consume during this state is mostly cheap junk food, and that's what Keith did.

Following his death in March, Keith left behind his two sisters - Sharon and Tina - They both took care of him for many years.

Keith Martin who undertook a gastric surgery last year was claimed to loose hundreds of pounds and would have been able to walk and live a normal life by the doctors in a few years, but Pneumonia and excessive weight, both didn't matched together and Keith Martin passed away.

The doctors explaining Keith's medical situation said that Keith Martin to qualify for the surgery lost 25 pounds and was able to switch himself to a 2,000 calorie day diet. After the surgery procedure, Keith Martin felt homesick and discharged himself from the hospital against the doctor's orders. By October 2013, Keith was brought back to the hospital after the complains of septic shock and dehydration. Two weeks later, Keith incurred pneumonia. He than spent almost 4 months in the hospital for the respective treatment and was released in February 2014. At that time Keith lost at least 39 stone. After being released from the hospital, Keith went back to his home but after a month of surviving from these symptoms, Keith passed away in March.

Keith was depressed. He emerged this cause after he lost his mother and incurred Pneumonia at the age of 16. He tried to ease his pain by eating all day. Keith after undergoing the surgery realized that he is a lot more confident and he will be able to walk again one day. In regard to this his surgery went successful, as well as he itself was working out on his diet intake, but the battle of Pneumonia unfortunately stroked him to his death.
