The first look of Varun Dhawan in his upcoming movie’ Badlapur’ was revealed a few days back. Dhawan is touted to be playing a dark role in the film, and the first look does justice to his character.

According to media reports, Varun Dhawan plays the role of Raghav in the movie, there are said to be some really bold scenes that Varun would be enacting and he will also be seen kissing a senior actress, Divya Dutta in the film.

Actress Sonakshi Sinha complimented his different look in the film and tweeted, “Varun whoa! Killer poster! Badass I love it”.

The film is directed by Sriram Raghavan who has earlier directed films like ‘Ek Hasina Thi’, ‘Johnny Gaddar’, and ‘Agent Vinod’ and is being produced by Saif Ali Khan's Illuminati Films and Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films.

The film also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Huma Qureshi, Yami Gautam and Radhika Apte in pivotal roles and is said to be releasing on 20th February, 2015.
