The Sitara-e-Imtiaz, 'Mr. Muhammad Ramzan Chhipa', a dignified social worker has been serving humanity for years selflessly and benevolently. He has been working vigorously for sanctity of human rights and services to needy people without discrimination of caste, creed or color, having no affiliation with any political, religious and ethnic party or group since the year 1987.

Muhammad Ramzan Chhipa commenced his welfare work from little beginning using his little earnings to aid the needy people and sooner it expanded its charity and by the support of people started a humanitarian organization named as Chhipa Welfare Association.

Presently, Chhipa Organization runs a huge network of services including a big fleet of Chhipa ambulances. Their emergency centres are spread all over the Karachi city providing immediate help and assistance to the disable, ailing and suffering people. The Rescue Team of Chhipa Ambulance has saved millions of lives serving people at all hours. They also provide free monthly ration to the poor white-collared families, free medicines, food, clothes and all needy stuff to the deserving indigent people.

The services of Chhipa Dastarkhwans are exemplary providing food to thousands of starving souls twice everyday at their centres and camps across the city with dignity and care. Chhipa Palna appeals to common people to handover the unwanted babies to them instead of killing them and throwing them away.

Their services are immeasurable and boundless curing and healing endless stricken people. Their food supplying campaign is immensely enhanced and improved especially during the month Ramadan.
