ABBOTTABAD: State Minister for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali Monday said that during the Sehri, Iftari and Taraveeh prayer in the holy month of Ramadan Wapda will continually provide electricity.

While addressing the Open Khuchery at Wapda rest house Abbottabad minister said that PML-N government has initiated many power project to end the energy crisis in the country.

In the Kutchery people from all around the Hazara division came and discussed their issues with the minister.

Abid Shed Ali assured all participants for the resolve of their problems, he also directed SE PESCO to take immediate action over all complaints and send him a detailed report of the progress.

Abid Shed Ali said that during a short period of six months 100 Mega Watt electricity has been added in the national grid from Nandi Pur power project.

He said that work on two 132 KV lines of for Abbottabad and Hattar is in progress and soon it would be completed, these new lines will also reasonably reduce the line losses.
