Controversy stuck US Army has yet another scandal on their hands after a leaked video has surfaced on the internet, generating an uproar of a response on the internet from worldwide.

Earlier this week, a video footage of American troops in Afghanistan, was leaked on a website where an American pilot breaks out into Don Mclean's famous American song called, "American Pie" at the exact moment when a rocket strikes down unaware Afghans on the ground.

In the video, which was taken from an AH64 Apache helicopter, shows a clear Afghan roadway with few men appearing clearly as white spots. The pilot, after being re-affirmed on the com, releases a hellfire missile at them.

While taking his aim, the pilot breaks out into his own version of a famous classic American song, singing "Bye bye Miss American Pie..." and launches the missile completely destroying its target.

A massive explosion occurs on the ground, right on the target. A second later one of the pilots on the radio com says, "Good hit" ... another one says, "Nice".

After the missile strike, a survivor runs for cover and hides under a nearby building structure, the pilot launches another strike and misses, to which he is taunted by another pilot, who says "you missed".

On the website it is stated, "While on patrol in the Wardack province our Apache Pilots aka "Mexican" encountered innocent farmers planting poppy seeds in the middle of the road. Working in concert with ground forces they eliminated the threat with ONE Kilo Hellfire.
At the 01:39 mark you can hear the pilot singing "Bye Bye Ms. American Pie" right before impact then BOOM....the rest is history. Enjoy and have a Happy Fourth of July."

It is unclear whether the targets were in fact mere farmers planting poppy seeds and not terrorists engaged in a questionable activity.

An official investigation is already underway of footage posted by the same website in January that apparently depicted American soldiers urinating on the dead bodies of Taliban fighters in Afghanistan.

The American soldiers can be heard making quips such as "Have a great day, buddy" and "Golden like a shower" while carrying out the disturbing acts amidst war.

This video is the latest addition to scores of leaked footage and pictures of American soldiers engaged in abusive conduct.
