Blast at Sibi railway station; 7 dead, several injured
SIBI: An explosion rippled the Sibi railway station late night on Wednesday. 7 individuals were reported dead and more than 25 were reported injured as a result of the blast.
According to sources, the blast occurred when "Jaffer Express" train arrived at the Sibi railway station. Reports have indicated that the blast occurred within a stall at the Sibi platform.
Some of the injured have been transferred to Civil Hospital Sibi while few are being shifted to Quetta for medical treatment.
Police, Frontier Constabulary (FC) and Levies forces have surrounded the area and are helping with the rescue operation.
