Shazia Marri has been chosen to replace the vacant MNA seat of late Fauzia Wahab, Aaj News reported.

The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has nominated Shazia Marri to replace late Fauzia Wahab, who departed  earlier this month in the hospital after slipping into an irreversible coma.

Shazia Marri has serves as Sindh's Information Minister twice in her political career.

A notification regarding her appointment as a Member National Assembly from Sindh has been issued by the Election Commission of Pakistan.
