President Asif Ali Zardari has expressed heartfelt grief and sorrow over the demise of Ms. Fouzia Wahab, MNA of Pakistan Peoples Party and part of the President's political office.

In his condolence message, the President paid great tributes to her services for the party saying that she was a steadfast loyalist of the party who braved difficult situations.

Her services to the party would be long remembered. She died while fighting to strengthen democracy and democratic institutions, the President said.

The President also lauded her services as Information Secretary of the Party and for the human rights in the country.

The President prayed for her soul to rest in eternal peace.

He also prayed to Allah Almighty to give courage to the bereaved family to bear this loss with fortitude.
