Ms. Fauzia Wahab, a PPP member of National Assembly (MNA), died around 8.00 p.m. on Sunday here at a private hospital, confirmed Information Secretary, PPP Sindh, Syed Waqar Mehdi.

She had remained under treatment at a private hospital of the city for the last three weeks.

Her namaz-e-janaza will be offered after "Zuhr" prayers on Monday (today) in Masjid Sultan, Defence Housing Authority (DHA), said Waqar Mehdi.

She is survived by two sons and a daughter.

Syed Waqar Mehdi who is also Sindh CM's Special Assistant expressed his deep grief over her death and called it a big loss to Pakistan People's Party.
