Dell to launch its first windows 8 tablet
After a number of failed attempts in the Android tablet market, Dell is looking to readdress the tablet space with Windows8.
According to sources, renowned PC manufacturer “Dell†will launch a 10.8inch tablet with resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, powered with dual core Atom processor later this year.
Dell’s tablet will also be equipped with a fingerprint reader, an 8-megapixel rear camera, a 2-megapixel front facing camera, Intel graphics, 2GB of RAM and 128GB of storage drive. Dell has also included a removable battery that will come in two sizes. A smaller battery that will give 8-hours of battery life and a larger one will offer 10 to 12 hours of battery life.
Rumor has it, that Dell will launch its tablet later this year in fall.
