Taiwan's New Taipei City, located around the capital, are going to offer a lottery scheme in July, where residents who pick up after their dog's will get a chance to enter the lucky draw.
The process is simple, pick up the dog poo and the government will give you a lottery ticket in exchange for the poo.

Taiwan tested the scheme before, for the first time last year. It proved a success and attracted more than 20,000 participants who exchanged their dog waste for lottery tickets.
