KARACHI: Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) here on Wednesday called a strike in interior Sindh against the non reliable autopsy of Bashir Qureshi, AAj news reported.

While SSC examination has been cancelled in nine districts of Sindh.

According to the sources, Qureshi’s family wanted to get the samples tested from a private hospital in Karachi but the government sent it to Sindh Secretariat Karachi, which were allegedly not original.

The family of Bashir Qureshi demanded the samples for the re-testing of the samples. On the other hand, the Sindh Health department has taken the samples into its custody despite opposition by Qureshi’s heirs.

During the strike today, several suspects were also arrested by the police. Meanwhile Incidents of firing and cracker attacks were witnessed in the areas of Hyderabad, Nawabshah, Thatta, Larkana and Khairpur.
