Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan Tuesday said that the role of the chief executive of the largest province of the country as an instigator is deplorable and it may harm the federation. “Politics of anarchy, disruption and selfishness may cause a vital blow to the national interests”, she said while addressing a press conference along with Punjab Governor Sardar Latif Khosa at the Governor House. The Minister said strange role of inciting public to civil disobedience by a Chief Minister may breed seeds of provincialism and hatred which will weaken the federating units.
