Sindh Home Minister, Manzoor Hussain Wasan on Tuesday took notice of an incident of killing of two women by declaring them "Kari" (honour killing) in the jurisdiction of Police Station Chak, district Shikarpur.

The Home Minister has directed the IGP Sindh to submit a report about the incident, said a statement.

Manzoor Wasan has also ordered to suspend the concerned SHO and DSP for their failure to stop the practices like Karo-Kari.

He said that in case of failure to control law and order and crimes, the police personnel would have to face departmental action, likewise better performances would be highly appreciated.
