Rumor has it that Maya Khan has now joined ARY Digital Network.

According to a source, Maya Khan who recently became infamous for her dating-raid stunt on a local news channel's live morning show, where she invaded and harassed ordinary teenagers and couples sitting in public parks.

This preposterous act of moral-policing was termed as dangerous and an act that very well risked the innocent peoples' lives.

After the nationwide outrage specially Karachi, on twitter and Facebook when social workers, celebrities and decent minded people raised voices over the issue condemning it, it resulted in Maya Khan and her team being fired from their jobs.

Maya Khan then came on national TV and apologized, twice saying that the whole shebang was scripted and she never meant to hurt anyone's feeling or invade their privacy which, ironically is against Media Ethics.

As to her new unconfirmed appointment is still unclear as to what her job title would be but it is sure to achieve what the big execs were planning to get, higher ratings.

Such TRP increasing tactics have been practiced globally by many TV networks and in this war of ratings the big TV networks are putting more of their money on other horses. Now only time will tell what Maya and her team will do next.
