TV show Lost star Harold Perrineau joins Bin Laden hunt movie

Reports speculate that Harold Perrineau has joined the cast of Kathryn Bigelow's untitled Osama Bin Laden film for Sony Pictures.

Harold Perrineau, best known for his role prominent role in HBO series  OZ and on massively watched TV show Lost, he has been recruited for an unspecified role in the film. For now, the film's working title is Kill Bin Laden but an original release title is yet to be decided upon.

Perrineau is a great supporting actor and his work as Mercutio in Baz Luhrmann's Romeo and Juliet, was a standout role in loaded cast of great actors. His addition is a welcomed as one to any film.

According to a Hollywood based daily news website Deadline.com, Bigelow will be directing a script written by Mark Boal. The pair is known for their collaboration, on the Oscar-winning film "The Hurt Locker."

Other cast consists of: Kyle Chandler, Jessica Chastain, Jason Clarke, Joel Edgerton and Chris Pratt have also been cast in the film, which will center on the Navy Seal 6 team that tracked and killed Osama Bin Laden last year.

The film is said to be released on December 19, 2012.
