Gold closed unchanged at Rs 51,600 per 10 grams in the local market Friday as its international price improved to $ 1,778 an ounce, market sources said.

According to Karachi Saraf Association official, tola (11.664 grams) price also remained unchanged at Rs 60,200.

Silver closed higher at Rs 964.28 per 10 grams.
