The current Pakistani Ambassador to Syria Waheed Ahmed has informed all Pakistani's traveling to Syria that they should limit their visit to Damascus and Zainabia only.

He said, that due to the security situation, Pakistani’s visiting Syria should only limit themselves to those cities, while talking to local media.

A decrease of more than 30% has been observed in the number of tourists visiting Syria since the unrest began last year.
