PPP marks 84th birth anniversary of ZAB

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), celebrated the 84th birth anniversary of its founder, former prime minister, Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on January 5, in befitting manner.
General Secretary PPP Sindh, Taj Haider told APP that the party would organize various programs to mark the occasion.
Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah has directed all districts and divisional party presidents in Sindh to hold programs in their respective areas in this connection.
He said cakes would be cut as part of the programme.
He has directed the party leaders and workers to organise programs to shed light on struggle, philosophy, vision and various aspects of the life of founder of PPP to create awareness among masses Syed Qaim Ali Shah, who is also President of PPP Sindh has directed that on birth anniversary of Shaheed Z.A.Bhutto programs be organized at talukas, city areas, union councils and wards levels.
Giving his views to APP in this regard, senior leader of PPP, Prof. N.D.Khan said that Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto had given a unanimous constitution to the country.
The veteran politician said founding "PPP" with  representation in the whole country was also a great achievement of Shaheed Z.A.Bhutto.
He said the Shaheed leader in fact had given two constitutions in a brief spell, one was an interim constitution and the other, the unanimous Constitution of 1973.
Whenever any dictator took power in the country, he had to suspend the constitution of 1973, he added.
He said Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto had introduced various reforms in many areas in the country.
He said it was a unique quality of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto to take along all political forces which helped him immensely.
Shaheed Z.A.Bhutto also successfully united Islamic countries on a single platform, Prof. N.D.Khan added.
It would not be out of context to mention here that Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was born on January 5, 1928 at Larkana and formed the PPP on November 30, 1967.
