Polo World Cup: Pak team leave for Argentina
The seven-member squad of polo team, consist six players and a manager, has left for Argentina on September 22.
The squad is hopeful for a good show off during the ninth World Polo Championship.
According to a private news channel, Hassam Haider (captain), Raja Samiullah, Sakib Khakwani, Ahmad Twana, Taimur Nadeem and Bilal Haei are the players while Abdul Qadir will be the manger of the side.
The players said that two-week long training camp would help them getting prepared for the Polo World Cup.The team manager said that Argentina could be a tough opponent but he believed that Pakistan would be among top three teams of the competition.
Ten teams will participate in the world polo championship that is going to be held between October 10 and 22 in Argentina.
