Artist M.F Husain passes away in London
Renowned artist Maqbool Fida Husain, passed away in a London hospital on Thursday.
He was 95, Known for his controversial paintings, Hussain was in self imposed exile since 2006 after he received threats from several Hindu groups for his depiction of Hindu deities.
Termed as 'Picasso of India' by the Forbes Magazine, Hussain was offered citizenship of Qatar in January 2010, where he was staying.
