Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan will represent India and the global luxury brand 'Chivas Regal' at the Festival de Cannes, 2011, which will be held from May 11 to 22.

Saif Ali will walk the haloed red carpet at the festival along with Bollywood actresses like Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor, Mallika Sherawat and Freida Pinto as well as a galaxy of Hollywood and international superstars.

He will felicitate 'Chivas Regal' in its moments of 'Live with Chivalry', a philosophy that seeks to revive the sense of values, etiquette and honour, the traits which seem to have been overshadowed today by overt materialism.

Commenting on the association, Pernod Ricard India vice-president (marketing) Bikram Basu said, "we are excited that Saif will represent India and Chivas Regal at the opening night of Festival de Cannes. He is a star and a gentleman, with great personal style.
