Frontier Constabulary (FC) on Friday gunned down three militants and injured four others while repulsing an attack by militants on a check post in Mohmand Agency.

The gun battle erupted after militants attacked on a check post of FC in Bazai area of Mohmand agency.

Troops returned fire and killed three of the attackers and injured four more.

On the other hand, militants blew up another girl’s school with explosives causing no human loss while completely destroying the building of the school.

The militants planted explosives in the building of girl's primary school bahadag in Mohmand Agency that went off with a bang.

The blast completely destroyed the school building, however, no causality was reported.
