Vettori to miss T20 series against Pakistan
New Zealand skipper Daniel Vettori on Wednesday said that he will miss his side's three Twenty20 cricket internationals against Pakistan later this month because of a sore back.
Vettori said that he is to consult a specialist over the injury which has also prevented him playing in New Zealand's domestic Twenty20 series.
He missed the first match of New Zealand's five-match one-day international series against in India earlier this month with the same injury.
Vettori said he hoped to be fit for the first test against Pakistan which starts in Hamilton on Jan 7.
