The Supreme Court on Friday ordered to filed cases against fake degree holders.

A 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry heard the petition filed by secretary election commission.

Chief Justice in his remarks, directed fake degree holders to fix their record before the case appear before the court.

Attorney General said that according to law of public representatives, anyone can file a case against fake degree holders.

Earlier, secretary election commission had filed a petition in SC for guidance regarding fake degree holders.
