5.3 magnitude earthquake rocks Pakistan
An earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale has hit Islamabad and northwest region of the country early on Monday.
According to initial reports, the earthquake took place at about 2:55 am.
The epicenter of this earthquake was near the town of Abbottabad. The tremors was felt in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Abbottabad, Haripur, Mansehra, Muzzaffarabad, Rawalakot and Peshawar. But no casualties were reported.
