One killed in Ivory Coast clash
At least one person was killed on Wednesday in a clash in Ivory Coast's economic capital Abidjan between civilians and members of a pro-presidential militia movement, several sources said.
Ivory Coast and Western security officials said the clash in the working-class Yopougon district pitted local people against militia forces of the Group of Patriots for Peace, a movement that supports President Laurent Gbagbo.
