Four killed, two injured in South Waziristan land dispute shooting

At least four people were killed and two others injured in a shooting incident between two rival groups over a land dispute in South Waziristan, police said on Saturday.

The clash took place in the Gul Kach area, where armed members of the two sides exchanged fire.

Police from Toi Khullah station said four people lost their lives in the incident, while two others sustained injuries.

According to police, all four deceased belonged to the Suleman Khel tribe.

The bodies and the injured were shifted to the hospital by police teams. The wounded were later transferred to the Headquarters Hospital in Wana for medical treatment.

Authorities said further investigation into the incident is underway.
