The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has announced the resumption of academic activities in public and private universities across the country.

According to a notification issued by the commission, physical classes will restart in all universities from April 1 after the spring holidays.

In Islamabad, private educational institutions will also reopen from April 1, with teaching activities set to resume fully.

The HEC has directed all public and private educational institutions to ensure the regular start of classes from the specified date.

“Sindh schools will have a two-day holiday on Saturday and Sunday”, the Sindh Education Minister said as he expressed good wishes on the start of the new academic year.
