Taliban, Fitna Al Khawarij posts in Arando and Kurram destroyed

Pakistani security forces carried out successful strikes against Afghan Taliban and Fitna Al Khawarij posts in the Arando and Kurram sectors, sources said Tuesday.

The operations were part of the ongoing Operation Ghazab-lil-Haq, which is aimed at eliminating threats against Pakistan, the sources added.

According to security officials, the army carried out timely operations in the Arando and Kurram sectors, destroying key militant posts and centres.

The sources added military action, the Afghan Taliban abandoned their positions and fled.

The security forces are targeting only militant hideouts and military installations, avoiding civilian areas, officials emphasised.

Security sources described the operations as effective, noting that the army’s coordinated strikes had successfully disrupted militant infrastructure in the region while minimising collateral damage.
