Operation Ghazab-lil-Haq: Taliban posts destroyed

Pakistan’s armed forces continued retaliatory operations under Operation Ghazab-lil-Haq, destroying multiple Afghan Taliban checkposts along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in response to unprovoked aggression.

According to security officials, Pakistani forces carried out coordinated strikes targeting several Afghan Taliban military positions, including the Ariana military complex, Dabgai check post, a police headquarters and the Zakarkhel post.

Sources said the intensity of the response forced Afghan Taliban personnel to abandon several positions during the operation.

Pakistani troops also reportedly seized an Afghan military vehicle during the engagements.

Action continues in Mohmand sector

Security sources confirmed that Pakistani forces destroyed another Afghan checkpost near the Mohmand sector as part of continued countermeasures against cross-border firing incidents.

Officials stated that the armed forces remain fully determined to respond to threats against national security and sovereignty, adding that operations are being conducted in accordance with international law and are limited to Afghan military targets.

Operation ongoing until objectives achieved

The latest actions follow earlier strikes in Afghanistan’s Laghman province, where Pakistan Air Force operations targeted militant infrastructure, including an arms depot and key Afghan Border Force facilities.

Security sources maintained that Operation Ghazab-lil-Haq remains ongoing and will continue until all operational objectives are achieved, stressing that Pakistan’s armed forces are committed to safeguarding the country’s borders against any aggression.
