Justice Zafar Ahmed Rajput was sworn in as the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court during a formal ceremony held at the Governor House on Saturday.

Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori administered the oath, marking the official start of Justice Rajput’s tenure. He had been serving as the Acting Chief Justice prior to his elevation.

The ceremony was attended by higher government officials, sitting judges, former judges and a large number of senior lawyers.

The governor congratulated Chief Justice Rajput and extended his best wishes for his new responsibilities.
