Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi formally submitted the extradition plea for Shehzad Akbar and Adil Raja in his meeting with the British High Commissioner Jane Marriot in Islamabad on Thursday.
Both Adil Raja, a former Pakistan Army officer and Shehzad Akber, a former advisor to then PM Imran Khan, are currently residing in the United Kingdom.
According to an official statement, the extradition documents for Shehzad Akbar and Adil Raja were handed over to the high commissioner, with a request for their immediate transfer to Pakistan.
Naqvi emphasised that both individuals are wanted in Pakistan and should be repatriated without delay.
The statement added that the interior minister presented solid evidence against Pakistani nationals involved in propaganda activities.
