Devsinc has acquired Datics AI, one of Pakistan’s most decorated AI-first technology firms, strengthening its position in the global market for enterprise data and artificial intelligence.

The deal is Devsinc’s third major acquisition of 2025, following Alchemative and Cloud1, and reflects its strategy to build a full-stack digital and AI transformation platform.

Datics AI, recognised as Best Software House 2022 by the President of Pakistan, brings advanced capabilities in machine learning, predictive analytics and agentic AI systems. As part of the transaction, founder Umair Majeed joins Devsinc as SVP Growth, while former CTO Rana Umar Majeed becomes SVP, AI Enablement & Transformation.

The acquisition comes as the global data analytics industry is projected to reach $402.70 billion by 2032, creating strong demand for enterprise-grade AI solutions.
