Five people were killed and 15 others injured on Saturday when a car and a flying coach collided head-on near Methakhel on the Indus Highway.
Rescue 1122 officials said the bodies and injured passengers were shifted to a nearby hospital, where several of the wounded are reported to be in critical condition.
Authorities fear the death toll could rise.
Police and rescue teams reached the site soon after the crash and began emergency relief operations.
