The Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) have jointly announced the launch of Margalla Enclave, a new residential project aimed at ‘redefining’ urban living in Islamabad.
A CDA spokesman, speaking to the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP), described the venture as ambitious, highlighting its modern design, strategic location, and flexible payment plans.
Margalla Enclave will offer residential plots in three sizes: 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal. To ensure accessibility, the project offers diverse payment plans spanning one, two, and three years, catering to a broad range of financial capabilities.
CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa lauded the joint initiative as a “significant milestone in Islamabad’s urban development.” He emphasized the collaboration between CDA and DHA guarantees not only a secure investment but also a high-quality living experience within a meticulously planned environment.
The enclave will boast state-of-the-art infrastructure, modern utilities, and ample green spaces, promoting sustainability and a high standard of living. Complete details are available on the official CDA website.
This announcement follows the success of CDA’s Sector C-14, which saw an overwhelmingly positive response during the recent balloting process. Successful allottees of Sector C-14 are urged to confirm their plot allocations by submitting the first installment. The CDA assures that development in Sector C-14 is progressing rapidly, with possession to be granted upon completion of the final installment.
