Advocate Supreme Court Muhammad Amjad Pervaiz has declined the position of a judge at the Lahore High Court.
According to sources, he informed the registrar’s office that he is unable to accept the appointment due to his commitments in legal practice.
Pervez is recognized for his expertise in cases related to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
He has been representing the Sharif family and the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in various ongoing NAB cases.
He has successfully obtained relief from the courts for prominent politicians, including Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif, Hamza Shehbaz, and Rana Sanaullah, among others.
