Gold prices have surged both locally and globally, reaching an all-time high of Rs282,300 per tola for the first time in Pakistan.
The price of 10 grams of gold has increased by Rs429, while the per tola price has gone up by Rs500, bringing the total cost of 10 grams to Rs242,027.
This rise marks a new peak for gold prices at Rs282,300 per tola.
The global price of gold has risen by 5 dollars, now standing at $2,726 per ounce.
