Explosion near police vehicle in Quetta claims two lives, injures one

Two police personnel were killed and one injured in an explosion near a police vehicle in the New Kuchlak area in Quetta.

According to reports, security forces and police cordoned off the area following the incident, while an assessment of the nature of the explosion and the explosive materials used is underway.

Similarly, on September 13, two people were injured in an explosion in the Akhtar Abad area near the Western Bypass in Quetta. One of the injured individuals is reported to be in critical condition.

On May 4, an attack occurred on a police mobile van in the nearby area of Kali Zareen New Sariab, during which four terrorists were killed in the police’s retaliatory action.
