In a recent episode of the game show Kaun Banega Crorepati, hosted by the beloved actor Amitabh Bachchan, a contestant named Alka Singh made a weird request, asking him to touch his beard.
After winning the “Jaldi 5” round and taking the hot seat, Singh engaged in a lighthearted conversation with Bachchan. However, she then made an unusual request, asking if she could touch the 81-year-old actor’s beard.
Bachchan was visibly taken aback by the request, asking Alka “You want to touch my beard?” and “But, why?” Alka simply nodded in affirmation, despite acknowledging that her request might be considered awkward.
Continuing the conversation, Alka explained that she wanted to touch Bachchan’s white beard because her own brother stays clean-shaven. In response, Bachchan playfully joked that when her brother turns 87 years old, he too will have a white beard like his own. This banter between the host and the contestant amused the studio audience.
Despite the unusual nature of Alka’s request, Bachchan sportingly told her that she could touch his beard after they had finished filming the episode.
