Here’s how much NICOP fees Nadra charges for Germany

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) issues National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) to Pakistani citizens living abroad or planning to travel to another country for work or study.

It is required for applicants to provide their passport number when applying for a NICOP. Holders of this identity document can travel to Pakistan without a visa if they have dual nationality.

NADRA has established two different fee structures for the NICOP, based on the applicant’s country of residence. The countries have been divided into two zones, Zone A and Zone B, with different fee rates for each.

For applicants residing in Germany, which falls under Zone A, the NICOP fees are as follows:

  1. Normal fee: Rs. 11,340 (or $39 if applying online)
  2. Urgent fee: Rs. 16,589 (or $57 if applying online)
  3. Executive fee: Rs. 21,820 (or $75 if applying online)

Applicants can apply for a National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) in two ways:

  • Visiting a NADRA Registration Center (NRC):
  • The candidate will be issued a token upon arrival
  • The candidate’s photograph, fingerprints, and signature will be captured
  • The candidate’s information will be entered into the system and a printed application form will be provided for you to review
  • The candidate will receive a printed copy of your completed application

Through the Pak Identity website:

  • The candidate can apply for a Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (SNICOP) by visiting the Pak Identity website
  • This allows the candidate to have the card delivered directly to the candidate’s doorstep
