The price of gold increased in Pakistan on Wednesday aligning with a rise in the global gold rates as shared by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Wednesday, in the domestic Pakistani market, the gold price per tola stood at Rs241,900, reflecting a single-day increase of Rs600.
The price of gold per 10 grams was Rs207,390 in the market, after registering an increase of Rs514 compared to the previous price.
The global price of gold was set at $2,313 per ounce, which included a premium of $20 per ounce.
The silver rates remained stable at Rs2,750 per tola.
On Tuesday, gold price per tola stood at Rs241,300 in Pakistan.

On June 8, the price of gold per tola decreased by Rs3,600, bringing the current price down to Rs239,400 in Pakistan.
Similarly, 10-gram gold price also saw an increase of Rs2,058, settling at Rs208,076, as per APGJSA.
