The scenic Shahrah-e-Kaghan, has been reopened to all traffic till Babusar Top after seven months of closure due to heavy snowfall.
The National Highway Authority (NHA) officials confirmed that snow clearance operations were completed, allowing for the reopening of the road.
The decision to reopen the road was made after consultations between the district administration of Diamer and Mansehra.
Tourists can now travel on the road from 9am to 5pm daily. Police and local volunteers will be patrolling the area to ensure the safety and convenience of visitors.
The Babusar Top-Naran road is typically closed for several months each year due to heavy snowfall. Last year, the road remained closed for almost eight months.

The reopening of the Kaghan Valley road is expected to attract a large number of tourists to the area, especially during the upcoming summer season.
