Meanwhile, the Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) region further north has been affected by landlsides including Simeri, Jora, Dourian, Doodhniyal, and Sheikh Baila.

The Neelum Road has been temporarily closed due to the occurrence of landslides at five different spots.

The local authorities are actively working to clear the road and ensure the safety of travellers.

The heavy rainfall has resulted in landslides along the Neelum Road, making it unsafe for travel.

Authorities have advised against using the Neelum Road for transportation until further notice.
