Missing Pakistani teenager’s body found in UAE’s Ajman

The body of a 17-year-old Pakistani boy who had gone missing in the United Arab Emirates Ajman last month following an argument with his mother has been recovered from the same city, Khaleej Times reported on Thursday.

Ibrahim Muhammad was the eldest son. His mother stated that she was called by Ajman Police to identify the body, confirming her son’s death.

“I was called today [Thursday] to identify the body. It was him. My heart has shattered into a million pieces,” she said.

The body was found near Al Khor Tower in Ajman.

Ibrahim’s mother expressed her situation after her son went missing, stating that she was living between “hope and despair”.

No trace of Pakistani teen missing for 5 days in Sharjah

“In recent days, we received word of possible sightings in Sharjah multiple times, and I rushed there each time. But, they all turned out to be false alarms. Each day I woke up hoping my son would be back, but today my worst fears have been realised. No mum should go through this,” Ibrahim’s mother said.

Ibrahim left his house after an argument with his mother in Al Rawda 1, Ajman nearly three weeks ago.

She had filed a missing person report with Ajman Police and shared posters on social media channels.
