Shahzaib Rind reveals what Salman Khan said to him after beating Indian fighter

When mixed martial arts Shahzeb Rind took the stage against his Indian opponent at Dubai’s Karate Combat 45, there was a celebrity guest watching with interest in the crowd.

RInd recently revealed in an interview on Aaj News said that he found out that Bollywood actor Salman Khan was not only in the arena but actually came close to the ring to see him in the final.

When Rind knocked out his opponent in 16 seconds, the fastest knockout in combat karate history, he walked out to find himself face to face with the superstar.

Rind said that Salman expressed his astonishment that the fighter was knocking people out in less than 20 seconds, but added that he was sure Rind would win due to his confidence.

He added that Salman Khan’s team took photos with him and the superstar also introduced him to Sanjay Dutt’s son.

Rind added that his Indian opponent, Rana Singh, had trash-talked him before the game. However, once defeated, Singh apologised and admitted that he had been wrong to use the words he did.

His action was prompted by the fact that rind held up both the Pakistani and Indian flags after his victory.

Rind said that he had taken the flags to the stage to show that the people of the two countries were friends not enemies.

The MMA fighter is now on a 5-0 streak in international games.
